Common Questions & Answers about 9D Breathwork
Do I need prior breathwork experience to join?
No. All sessions are guided and designed to be accessible for beginners and experienced breathers alike. You’re invited to go at your own pace and listen to your body throughout each session
What if I feel emotional during a session?
Emotional release is a natural part of breathwork and we encourage this. You are always in control of your experience, and you’re encouraged to pause, slow down, rest and release whenever needed. This space prioritizes safety, regulation, and integration, not pushing through intensity
How long are the journeys?
The weekend immersive experiences are longer to allow for deeper processing and integration- usually lasting between 2-3 hrs but the breathing protion of that varies. Most journeys are between 45 mins- 1 hr of active breathing.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
You will need to bring water with a closable lid. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat of your choice but it is not necessary. We provide everything you need for comfortablity including yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, & blankets.
Is breathwork safe for everyone?
Breathwork is a very safe practice. However, I will advise that there are certain conditions that should postpone the intense journeys or speak with their doctor. Those conditions are: pregnancy, any heart related condition, epilepsy, seizures, asthma, COPD, or anyone taking more than 10 daily prescriptions.
