Experience

Many healing paths focus on understanding why you feel the way you do which is good and helpful to a large degree but the patterns and reactions are kept in the body.
Somatic healing works with the nervous system and body itself, gently retraining the body’s stress response so healing becomes embodied and lasting. As your system acclimates to stress without reactivity, you build a deeper capacity for calm, regulation, and steadiness, even in the midst of challenge.
If you grew up in family dysfunction, your nervous system learned survival before it learned safety. No amount of insight alone can undo patterns that live in the body—hypervigilance, shutdown, emotional overwhelm, chronic self-doubt, or feeling “on edge” even when life looks okay. This also is a normal chronic way that many people function in their daily lives now.
Somatic healing works from the inside out and from the bottom up. Instead of pushing, fixing, or reliving the past, we gently help your body release stored survival responses and learn that it’s safe now.
This path is for you if you’ve already done some inner work, but still feel:

Hi, I’m Lauren — a somatic practitioner and 9D breathwork facilitator supporting men & women in healing emotional pain stored in the body. My work is rooted in nervous-system safety, compassion, and honoring your body’s pace. You don’t need to push or force healing here. We move slowly, gently, and with respect for your lived experience.
I proudly partner with top wellness organizations and holistic professionals to bring you the best practices and resources to support your health journey.


No. All sessions are guided and designed to be accessible for beginners and experienced breathers alike. You’re invited to go at your own pace and listen to your body throughout each session
Emotional release is a natural part of breathwork and we encourage this. You are always in control of your experience, and you’re encouraged to pause, slow down, rest and release whenever needed. This space prioritizes safety, regulation, and integration, not pushing through intensity
The Embodied Process Session is 1:1 and are usually 1 hr each, with integration afterwards, I'd plan on 1 hr and 30 mins total. The 9D monthly weekend immersive experiences are longer to allow for deeper processing and integration- usually lasting between 2-3 hrs.
For all 9D Breathwork Journeys- You will need to bring water with a closable lid. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat of your choice but it is not necessary. We provide everything you need for comfortablity including yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, & blankets.
Great question. They are both tools I use to help lead my clients into the body to help release suppressed emotions, rewire limiting beliefs and regulate the nervous system to expand more fully into the present moment rather than recreating the past due to old trauma imprints. The difference between the 2 is the method. 9D Breathwork uses the breath to stay focued as we dive below the surface and into the subconscious- great for people who have a hard time staying in the body or focusing for a longer period of time. The Embodied Process is a 1:1 method where I guide clients gently into the body and it's an intutive guided journey using somatic inquiry and much more personalized to each client as the session progresses.
